I placed my order on 3/26/2014 and has not been shipped to US. I have been contacting chat support and they told me that due to high volume of orders shipping got delays but is more than a week without an update. On 4/3/2014 they offered a full refund or continue waiting. I told them to wait to listen from others…Is anyone on the same situation?
